I have the the following KML file
http://offonourownagain.com/wp-content/uploads/gmap_kml/Bolivia-Route.kml
And it is not showing on my map

Please contact us through our internal support. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.There give us your KML file, we will test it on the test site and if we haven’ any problem, then we will ask your WP admin access.
