Hello, I still wait for an answer on the support.
Please check your support mails. I am always aseked to reactivate the pro. Although the functions should work with no expiring 🙁

If you’re about ticket 10785 (license expiration message), Helen reply to you after 35 minutes. Check your Spam folder.
