sarah764270ParticipantHi,
I have just upgraded to pro, and now my pop-up images no longer works. In the free version everything worked great, when you clicked on an image a window would pop-up and you could scroll through them/zoom in.
Now I am pro, it no longer works, and when you click on an image it links back to the page. I haven’t changed any settings (e.g. pop-up image still enabled, on image list ‘caption’ is selected).
Please could you help me?
Thank you,
Sarah (page I am referring to0 http://www.sobeautystuff.com/portfolio/)

sarah764270ParticipantHey, an update, I have figured out that the pop-up disables as soon as I hange the background colour of the icaption. If I clear the colour it resumes working.
However it is not working for all of the images. e.g. I have 24 images in my gallery, and the pop up only shows 17.
I’m really disappointed that I have paid for pro and these basic features are not working :(
Please help!
Thank you
Sarah

mila_supportMemberHi @sarah764270
Thank you for contacting us about your question.
In order to remove linking process of the images in your gallery, please follow the next instructions
1. Open your gallery at WordPress admin area
2. Click Images List button
3. Click Link Tab for every image and make sure there is no links there – http://prntscr.com/g5bfbu
4. Click Video Tab for every image and make sure there is no links there – http://prntscr.com/g5bn1nMost likely, pictures, that have link feature in the gallery, got it from the first download when you assigned to them some links. Then, WordPress remembered links and attached them to your gallery.
In order to prevent such situations in the future,
you need to download the same pics with new names or check their settings each time.August 10, 2017 at 01:03 #15235
sarah764270ParticipantHi,
Thank you, while this does solve the problem it actually presents another.
I have the same images in multiple galleries; one is a ‘preview’ gallery that when you click on the image it links to the main gallery. In the main gallery I want to have the pop-up view.
I have removed the links from the images in my main gallery, but it removes the link from all of my galleries.
If I add the link to the image in one gallery, it adds the link back in all galleries.
Is there a fix for this?
Thank you
Sarah

mila_supportMemberHi @sarah764270
Unfortunately, now the only way to prevent such situations in the future is to download the same pics with new names for new gallery.
