Hi there,
I am having a problem with my Category Gallery.
I set up categories for my images, and went to preview it, and also put the shortcode on my page – however the gallery never fully loads. All I can see are the ‘tags’ and the 4 squares indicating that it is loading, but the images never show up.
.
I have tested it on my phone (using data connection) and my desktop. So I know it’s not my internet connection or device.
Please advise.

Hello!
Please provide link to your gallery. I will check what is wrong.
Also please check the updates of gallery plugin on Plugins page and update the both versions to the latest.

Hi,
It’s been over 12 hours since I got a response from your support team. I am on a deadline to finish this for a client. So I am going to use another plugin.
I would like to get a refund for my money please, because your plugin does not work. I have the latest version of WP and the latest version of your plugin installed.
Please include details of how I can get my money back, in your next message.

Our developer had the weekend. Today he is ready to fix the issue.

Please contact us through our internal support and describe more detail where we can find the gallery. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem immediately.
