AnonymousInactiveWhen trying to import images for the gallery from my Instagram account I get the following error message
{“code”: 403, “error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}
It seems to be a common error with plugins and instagram
“Any app created before Nov 17, 2015 will continue to function until June 1, 2016. On that date, the app will automatically be moved to Sandbox Mode if it wasn’t approved through the review process. The previous version of our documentation is still available here.”
“I guess the developers need to re-approve the plugin? I don’t see a way for each user of the plugin to do this? When I try to edit my clients the button for going live from Sandbox mode is greyed out.”
Is this the case or is there some other reason for the error?

AnonymousInactiveHello richard,
please, tell me, you got this problem? Contact us through the internal support (here is a link internal support) and provide there a link to the page, where you got it (where is the gallery). Unfortunately, without getting an access to your site and this page, I can’t say you, what is the reason for it.July 11, 2016 at 15:34 #9860
AnonymousInactiveThe Plugin works fine, when the source of images is the Media Library, however when I select Instagram as the source the following happens:-
1) Dialogue Box “Select Source to Import from”
2) Select “Import from your Instagram Account”
3) Upload your images from the Instagram Media Library
4) Select button “Upload from Instagram”
5) Error
“{“code”: 403, “error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}”Obviously there is no page I can direct you to since, I cannot go any further and publish a post or a page, using this import method.
