I updated the PRO version after buying the unlimited sites license.
But the site cracked down and I received this message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/lecaledotranto.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/supsystic-gallery-pro/src/GridGalleryPro/Galleries/Controller.php on line 536 Notice: is_404 ?? stato richiamato in maniera scorretta. I tag condizionali di una query non funzionano prima che la query sia stata eseguita. Prima dell’esecuzione restituiscono sempre il valore False. Leggi Debugging in WordPress per maggiori informazioni. Now I deactivate the plugin by Filezille. Before updating, the plugin worked.
Wordpress: 4.9.4

I add another problem: on the same site, any gallery on mobile is good in vertical mode; but when I turn around the mobile device (or tablet) and go to the horizontal mode, there’s a blank space on the right.
Moreover, if i remain in horizontal mode and refresh the page, the gallery works.
Could you fix also this issue?

Hi, so I have deleted it in the plugin directory, and have tried to follow all of the instructions to get it working, but still similar errors.

Hello, we’ve already fixed that issue in PRO version of plugin. I recently sent versions with fix to your e-mails.
Please try it and let us know the results. Release version with that fix will be available soon.

Hi Alex,
That is good to hear.
Could you resend me the link as I do not think I got it. All I received was, what looked like, the standard email after buying the pro-version. If that had a link to the corrected version then the link has expired.
Thanks for the prompt response and looking forward to getting a working upgrade. HAve really enjoyed using the free one so far.
