    Did you guys receive my response/update to Ticket #18242? – I’ve heard nothing back and this has been open since Jan 31st. I know Barbara said my original request went into your SPAM folder so can you please confirm you’ve received the information you need to fix the problem? — Thank you.

    It appears the most recent WordPress update to 4.9.4, as well as plugin updates, fixed BOTH problems.

    Will contact you separately if I run into any other issues.
