Each Live Chat Box of WordPress Live Chat plugin by Supsystic has it’s HTML content and CSS style. It consists of static data – HTML tags and CSS styles, and variables – to display dynamic content (like colors, texts, etc). You can use there some our internal variables, or Twig syntax.
To find this insert, you need to follow the path Live Chat by Supsystic (on admin panel) -> Settings -> CSS/HTML Code tab

Don’t forget that you have an opportunity to see the result of your efforts on the left side of the screen, before saving and refreshing the page!
